I don't often heap high praise on an individual but this is a special case. I wanted to sell my house and contracted with Curtis Stocking of Green Fields Reality. The home took a bit longer to sell because of issues with the house but Curtis stayed with it having the same level of enthusiasm and energy that was apparent the first day I met him. Here is the amazing part, Curtis has, time and again, gone way beyond what any normal Real Estate Agent would do to retain a client. When I tell people how much he has done for me, volunteering his time and energy to help me they can't believe it. He helped me move heavy furniture so I could paint, went to the dump several times with his trailer filled with my discarded stuff, got maintenance people in to maintain house while I was away, helped me stage a yard sale, etc, etc, etc. I think for Curtis it's not so much about the money it's about the pride in doing a good job and helping others.
